Refund and return policy

Effective October 3, 2026. Triple C Collectible is operated by Tripleccollectible LLC. For help, email support@tripleccollectible.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Final-sale TCG purchases

Trading cards, singles, graded cards/slabs and sealed TCG products—including booster packs, boxes, bundles, tins, decks and Elite Trainer Boxes—are final sale for change of mind, including unopened products. We do not offer discretionary returns because you changed your mind, found a lower price, no longer want the item or experienced a change in its market value. An additional return promise expressly shown before purchase, or a mandatory legal right, takes precedence. Different return terms for non-TCG merchandise must be stated before purchase.

Random pack contents are not guaranteed unless a listing expressly promises particular contents. Disappointing pulls, ordinary duplicates or disagreement with a grading company's accurately disclosed grade do not qualify for a discretionary refund. This does not excuse counterfeit or resealed products, missing promised contents, undisclosed damage or a materially inaccurate description.

Genuine order problems

We review claims involving wrong, counterfeit, damaged, incomplete or materially misdescribed items, genuine delivery failures, and confirmed payment errors. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be a replacement, an authorized return, a partial refund agreed with you, a full refund or another appropriate resolution. A partial refund does not waive unrelated rights unless you knowingly agree to a lawful settlement.

Contact us promptly after discovering a problem. Keep the item, shipping label and relevant packaging where reasonably possible. Clear photographs and a description help us investigate; an unboxing video is not required. Missing packaging or a video does not automatically defeat a valid claim. Reasonable verification may be requested, but we will not ask you to disclose passwords, one-time security codes or full payment-card details by email.

A damaged outer box alone does not necessarily mean the product is damaged. However, packaging advertised as part of the collectible's condition, factory seals and promised contents form part of the listing and are considered in our review. Normal variations or imperfections must not be used to excuse a condition issue that should have been disclosed.

Missing or disputed deliveries

We review the order address, actual shipping label, carrier acceptance, tracking events and any available delivery photograph, signature or carrier investigation. A delivered scan is relevant evidence, not automatic proof that a complaint is false. A claim is not automatically approved merely because it was submitted.

For a genuinely lost, misdelivered or otherwise unfulfilled order, we arrange the appropriate remedy. Where evidence indicates correct delivery followed by loss or theft, we assess the facts and applicable responsibilities individually. We do not require you to wait indefinitely for a carrier insurance payment, and mandatory resolution or refund deadlines still apply. Please tell us if the parcel arrives while a claim is being reviewed.

Authorized returns and inspection

Contact support before sending a return so we can provide authorization, the appropriate address and instructions. Do not send items to an independent seller or the outbound parcel address unless instructed. Our authorization process does not cancel an applicable statutory right or shorten its deadline.

Return the item actually received for the order, with relevant original contents and accessories, except where the claim concerns missing contents. Preserve its condition apart from the problem being investigated. If a wrong or counterfeit item arrived, identify and return that actual received item as instructed; you are not expected to return something you never received. Do not alter, discard or destroy an item unless support provides appropriate instructions.

We compare returned items with the order, available outbound photographs, product identity, condition, factory seals and relevant certification identifiers. These records support a review; an identifier alone is not a guarantee of authenticity. Substituted items, replaced contents, false evidence or newly inflicted damage unrelated to the claim may result in a documented denial or other lawful outcome. We explain disputed findings and allow you to provide contrary evidence through support.

We pay appropriate return postage for a verified wrong or defective item. Costs for any statutory withdrawal follow the applicable law and the information disclosed before purchase. Pack authorized returns securely and retain the mailing receipt. Unapproved postage choices or optional services are not automatically reimbursable; contact us for instructions first, without delaying a legal deadline.

Refunds, cancellations and payment errors

For a return-based refund, we generally verify receipt and inspect the expected item before approval, subject to any mandatory earlier entitlement or deadline. We aim to issue an approved refund within five business days after receipt and inspection. Remedies not requiring a return are handled according to their circumstances and applicable deadlines. Refunds normally go to the original payment method; bank posting time is additional. Outbound shipping and taxes are refunded where appropriate or legally required. We do not apply undisclosed restocking or administrative fees.

Request cancellation promptly before dispatch. We will attempt it where feasible, but a request does not guarantee an already dispatched parcel can be stopped. Final-sale wording does not justify keeping payment for an item we cannot supply. We notify you of an unfulfillable order and provide the applicable refund; we do not send an unapproved substitute.

Preorders and special releases follow the dispatch information and cancellation terms shown before purchase, together with mandatory rights. If shipment is delayed, we provide the revised estimate and any required delay-consent, cancellation and refund options. A technical error or an unreasonable delay does not convert a customer's payment into nonrefundable store credit.

Contact support about an unrecognized or potentially duplicated charge, and contact your payment provider promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. A temporary authorization and a settled charge can appear separately without being two completed payments. We verify the transaction records and correct an actual duplicate or other confirmed billing error. We coordinate refunds with active payment disputes to avoid duplicate reimbursement; this does not remove legitimate bank-dispute rights.

Marketplace orders, review and legal rights

The seller and applicable fulfillment terms must be identifiable before purchase. Triple C coordinates platform support, dispute review and return instructions. Seller promises may provide additional protection but cannot reduce this policy or mandatory consumer rights. The listing and policy terms presented with the order govern that transaction.

If you disagree with a decision, reply to support with the order or case reference and the information you want reviewed. We consider relevant additional evidence and explain the resulting decision. Documented abuse may justify restrictions on future orders or accounts; a good-faith complaint, negative review or exercise of legal rights is not itself fraud.

Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty and other consumer rights remain in effect. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it overrides our discretionary final-sale rule; opening a TCG product does not automatically eliminate that right. Any lawful diminished-value deduction must comply with applicable law. Nothing here guarantees or prevents a payment provider's independent dispute decision.
