Tripleccollectible LLC operates the Triple C Collectible website and its custom account, community, collection, seller and giveaway features. An independent marketplace seller must be identified for the relevant listing and order. Platform approval does not replace that seller's fulfillment duties or the customer protections stated in our policies.

Applicable policies

Purchases and use of the website are governed by the applicable terms of service, return policy, shipping policy and privacy policy. Each giveaway also has its own published official rules. The terms presented with an accepted order or approved promotion remain applicable; a later update does not silently rewrite them. Mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.

Intellectual property and external services

Trading-card brands, product names, certification marks, artwork and other third-party material belong to their respective rights holders. References and product images identify or describe the represented items; they do not by themselves imply sponsorship or affiliation. YouTube and other external services are identified where used and have their own applicable terms.

Triple C branding and original website material may not be used to impersonate the business or mislead customers. Community contributors retain ownership of their uploads, subject to the limited permissions and conduct rules in our terms of service. No rights are claimed over third-party material merely because it appears on this website.
